THE VON HOTEL
The Von Hotel is famos for the spirits and ghosts that walk its halls. My sister and I went on our first ghost hunt
on the 10th of June, 2006. It was to be expected that on your first hunt you will more likely get nothing on film or audio.
This hunt seemed more like a road trip to us than a ghost hunt. We had a tour of the old and still working movie
theatre. Then we toured the hotel building. Along the way we took pictures. From floor to floor, three in all. There wasn't
a elevator, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs.
After the hotel, we went to a graveyard some blocks away. My sister and I didn't see why people get so scared in
graveyards. we sat as quiet as possible and took more pictures. Then I ran out of film and didn't think to bring a flash light
with us. (Doh!) While I was trying to see in the dark, I laid the tape recorder down on a tombstone.That is when it picked
up something I only heard in the movies like 'Sixth Sence'.
If I find a way to upload the sound files, I will do just that.
